With a comprehensive in-house design, R&D, manufacturing, Quality and testing facilities Pondy SG is located in an industrial area in Pondicherry, which is on the outskirts of the city on the Pondicherry Highway and only 10 km away from the heart of Pondicherry.

Pondy SG has one of the most modern and efficient manufacturing facilities to make precision Investment castings including a full-fledged Machine Shop with all the necessary tools and precision instruments. The non-ferrous foundry is capable of producing castings of all types, shapes and sizes conforming to ASTM, SAE, BS, DIN, IS and other International Standards.

This new age Investment Casting plant has the capacity to manufacture castings using Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Martensitic Steels, Heat Resisting Steel, Austenitic Stainless Steel, Austenitic Ferrite Duplex Steels, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, All Copper Based Non ferrous alloys. 

SG Industry is equipped to produce Sand & Shell Mould Castings, Gravity Die Cast and Centrifugal castings and supply in either un-machined or finished condition. With an installed production capacity of 750 Metric Tons per annum, Pondy SG can manufacture any type of parts from 30 grams to 30 Kgs that measure from 50mm to 500mm in size according to customer drawing, material specifications or samples.
